These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Leafy mobile application and related services. By creating an account or using Leafy, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Provider
Leafy is owned and operated by Yernazar Suragan.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Leafy. Use by children is not permitted.
3. Account Registration
To use Leafy, you must provide:
- Username
- Email address
- Password
You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activities under your account. Provide accurate and current information.
4. Optional Profile Data
You may choose to provide optional profile data, including location, experience level, pet ownership, indoor climate, and sunlight direction. Some features may depend on these details.

- Do not misuse, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service.
- Do not use Leafy for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
7. Payments and Third-Party Services
Premium features may be billed through third-party platforms such as Google Play. Payment processing, refunds, and billing disputes are subject to those platform terms where applicable.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of Leafy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process your data, including use of Google Gemini AI to support app functionality.
9. Account Termination
You may stop using Leafy at any time and can delete your account in-app from the Profile tab. We may suspend or terminate access where required to enforce these Terms, protect users, or comply with law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Leafy is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability or perfect accuracy. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
